Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, a request to cancel must be submitted to Allu USA within 2 hours of having received your order confirmation. If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


To submit an order cancellation request, please send an email to CustomerCare@AlluUSA.com. Please ensure your order confirmation number or a copy of your order is in the email. A customer care representative will notify you.

Order Returns

Items marked as sale are final sale and cannot be returned. If after you receive your purchase, you decide to return it, AlluUsa (Valuence) will accept returned merchandise only if: (i) the return is in accordance with our return policy and (ii) the returned Product is in the same condition as described on the product detail page and has the original packaging with all tags attached.  

In order to process your return as expeditiously as possible and properly credit your money back to your account, please follow the steps below:

1.  AlluUSA will accept returns for a refund if the return is requested online through your Allu account within 14 days of delivery of an online order (as proven by the tracking number). If you do not have an account, please create one.

2.  On your “My Page”, click on the returns tab.

3.  Follow the instructions on the “Returns & Exchange” portal page.

4.  A complimentary pre-paid return label will be sent to you and the item must be shipped back to AlluUsa (Valuence) no later than 2 business days after you receive the prepaid return label (as proven by the date sent or tracking number). Please note: All pre-paid return labels will self-void after 2 business days and can no longer be used. Return packages shipped after 2 business days will be rejected and sent back.

5.  We suggest you request a receipt as proof that the package has been accepted by the carrier when dropping off the package. AlluUsa (Valuence) is not responsible for packages that cannot be tracked after drop-off.

6.  Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If your item being returned was over $500 or more and received Free Shipping no fees apply. If your item being returned was below $500, a $20 charge will be incurred for each return shipping label used and deducted from your refund. If you elect to not use a pre-paid return label and pay for the return shipping yourself, return shipping costs are non-refundable.

7.  Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment less any applicable shipping or return fees. Please allow at least 10-15 business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your credit card statement.

      No Exchanges

      AlluUsa (Valuence) does not accept exchanges.

      Wrong Item Received

      If you received the wrong item, please notify our Customer Care department via email at CustomerCare@AlluUSA.com within 7 business days of receipt (as indicated by the tracking information). Please indicate in the subject line of the email, "the wrong item was received". Please attach a copy of your order confirmation and a picture of the item you received. A customer care representative will contact you within 24 hours to rectify the situation.

      AlluUSA is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of your returns while they are in transit until they are received and inspected.
