Shipping
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. In most cases, your order should arrive within 5-10 business days after your order has been processed. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are processed the next business day. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
• Shipping is FREE for all orders at or above $500 (domestic only)
• Shipping is $20 for all orders below $500 (domestic only)

All domestic packages are shipped with FedEx and signature confirmation is required. If you have a concern as to whether someone will be at the delivery location when your package arrives, we suggest you ship to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

Occasionally, UPS or USPS may be used depending on the destination and weight of shipment. Orders placed after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day. After your order has been submitted, an order confirmation email is automatically sent which will contain a copy of your order. We suggest you retain a copy of this email, should you need it for reference at a later date. After your order has shipped, a shipping notification email with the carrier’s tracking information will be sent. You can track your shipment on-line by clicking on the tracking number link in the shipping notification email. This will take you to the carrier’s website where you can track the progress of your
shipment.

We will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the shipping method timeframes specified above. However, some Products may be shipped internally from Valuence’s warehouse in Japan to Valuence’s warehouse in the United States prior to you receiving the Product. In such case, there can be unexpected delays that may occur during the shipping process. We will not be responsible for such unexpected delays.

All shipments are tracked, insured, and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Due to security concerns, any orders placed using a P.O. box address will not be processed.

Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within 15 business days from the day it was shipped, please contact CustomerCare@AlluUSA.com. If the claim is not filed within 18 business days, the carrier will assume no responsibility and a refund cannot be processed.

To ensure secure delivery of the package, an adult signature is required upon arrival. However, in case your tracking details show your package was delivered without your signature and you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with your household members and neighbors to see if they may have received it on your behalf.

Changes After Placing an Order or Order Cancellations
ALLU accepts cancellation requests within 2 hours of receiving your order confirmation.  If you request a cancellation over a weekend or holiday, we will try our best to accommodate it the following business day.

RETURNS

Except for any Products designated on the Website as final sale or non-returnable, Valuence will accept returned merchandise only if: (i) the return is in accordance with our return policy and (ii) the returned Product is in the same condition as described on the product page and has the original
packaging with all tags attached.

To ensure your return is processed as expediently as possible and your purchase is properly credited back to your account, please follow the below return process:

1. A request for return must be initiated by email to CustomerCare@AlluUSA.com within 14 business days of delivery (as indicated by the tracking number). Please provide your order number. This can be found in the order confirmation email sent after you placed your order.

2. A pre-paid return label will be sent to you and the item much be shipped back to Valuence no later than 2 business days after you receive the prepaid return label. All pre-paid return labels are only valid for 2 business days and cannot be extended. Returns shipped with pre-paid label after 2 business days will be rejected and sent back.

3. We suggest you request a receipt as proof that the package has been accepted by the carrier when dropping off the package. Valuence is not responsible for packages that cannot be tracked after drop-off.

4. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If your purchase received Free Shipping, a $20 charge will be incurred for each return shipping label used.

5. Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment less any applicable shipping or return fees. Please allow at least 10-15 business days for your refund to be processed.

No Exchanges

Valuence does not accept exchange of purchased Products for other Products.
