If you would like to cancel an order, a request to cancel must be submitted to Allu USA within 2 hours of having received your order confirmation. If your order has already been shipped, we are sorry but the order cannot be cancelled. It can however be returned according to our return policy.

. Please ensure your order confirmation number or a copy of your order is in the email. A customer care representative will notify you.
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned. If after you receive your purchase, you decide to return it, AlluUsa (Valuence) will accept returned merchandise only if: (i) the return is in accordance with our return policy and (ii) the returned Product is in the same condition as described on the product detail page and has the original
packaging with all tags attached.
AllluUSA can only ensure your return is processed as expediently as possible and your purchase is properly credited back to your account, if the below return process is followed:
1. All returns are processed by mail A request for return must be initiated by email to CustomerCare@AlluUSA.com
within 14 business days of delivery (as indicated by the tracking number). Please make sure your order number is included in the return request. This can be found in the order confirmation email sent after you placed your order.
2. Upon receipt of your return request, a pre-paid return label will be sent to you and the item must be shipped back to AlluUsa (Valuence) no later than 2 business days after you receive the prepaid return label (as proven by the date sent or tracking number). All pre-paid return labels are only valid for 2 business days and cannot be extended. Returns shipped with pre-paid label after 2 business days will be rejected and sent back.
3. We suggest you request a receipt as proof that the package has been accepted by the carrier when dropping off the package. AlluUsa (Valuence) is not responsible for packages that cannot be tracked after drop-off.
4. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If your item being returned was over $500 or more and received Free Shipping no fees apply. If your item being returned was below $500, a $10 charge will be incurred for each return shipping label used and deducted from your refund. If you elect to not use a pre-paid return label and pay for the return shipping yourself, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment less any applicable shipping or return fees. Please allow at least 10-15 business days for your refund to be processed.
AlluUsa (Valuence) does not accept exchange of purchased Products for other Products.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please notify our Customer Care department via email at CustomerCare@AlluUSA.com
within 7 business days of receipt (as indicated by the tracking information). Please indicate in the subject line of the email, the wrong item was received. Please attach a copy of your order confirmation and a picture of the item you received. A customer care representative will contact you within 24 hours to rectify the situation.
